my friend gave me this iPod but he forgot the password and he no longer has the original computer. Is there any way i can enable or restore it so that i can use it again?|||Sure.
First, launch iTunes, then plug in the sync cable to the computer. While the iPod Touch is off, press and hold the home button, while holding the button, plug the sync cable into the iPod, it should power on, and put it in forced restore mode. Allow iTunes to download and install the restore package. Then you can sync your media to it.
