I forgot the original password I had used. How can it be removed without entering the previous password? I tried to remove password but it keeps asking for the password in order to do that. The folder is ZIP folder and I cannot extract without a password nor copy. Any help is appreciated.

And for gain some advice about your task, your interlocutor ought been convinced enough that you try something totally legal there or, at least, you might try to open a file that really belongs to you.
Anyway, if you have something downloaded already on your computer from those peer to peer sites and you seek for a password to open a zip file, then i suggest you, revisite that site and search more carefully about that pass. Most of the times, the file uploaders have stored it swomewhere there or you may proceed with some more actions in order to get it; like a request to email it to you or to download another file with the pass included.
On the other hand, if you lost it for real and are trying to open something yours and only yours, then there are some tools on the web, which could do the job.
