Is it possible to change my security answer without knowing my original password?

If you have forgotten your password and personal information such as:


1) your birth date


2) Zip or postal code


3) Or if you have used your credit card with yahoo


And you will also need to have a alternative email address that is non yahoo.


if you cant you have probably lost that account and need to open a new one this has to be applied to stop hackers.
