If I forget my password how can I get my original email address back?

My keyboard was messed up and typing letters it wanted to before I realized it... both my real password and the one that Yahoo supplied me with failed and no one would help get my original account back. I would really like to have it back.|||If you have already tried the forgot my password and secret question and it didn't work then do this.

You need to do a password recovery and you will need to answer a two questions.

You are asked for your birth date and the ZIP or postal code you have on file. You can use this link and click the Sign-In Problem page.

They will send the temporary password to your alternate e-mail address you have on file. If you don't have one on file you can use this link to inquire further on how to get your account.

Also, if you have a credit card on file then they can use that to verify you are who you say you are.

If you've ever used a credit card to purchase something with Yahoo! Wallet or have subscribed to a Yahoo! premium service, we should be able to verify your identity using one of those cards. We will not charge it.

If that doesn't help then you can fill out this form.

Make sure to provide the same information you gave during registration or when you last updated your account. Without the correct verification information, you will not be able to obtain a new password.
