How can you reset the password on a linksys wireless network without original cd?

I have a new laptop that is replacing my desktop that crashed and burned. It was originally set up as wireless and has been for 8 months. The original Linksys installation cd is lost and the password I thought was correct will not give me access. I just need to know if there is a way to reset the password or just turn it into a unsecured network. Thanks|||Hard reset your router. GO TO SETTINGS

and change it from there|||Plug a computer into the router via Ethernet. open a web browser and go to http://192.168.1.1





You will be asked for a username and password. The password is admin. Depending on the model of router, the username is either also admin, or it's left blank.





This will open up the router's web-based configuration utility. You can go to Security and change the password.
