i took my gateway laptop to a shop about two months ago and i got it back when i open it and turned it on i had to put in my password and i completly forgot it i went on safe mode and every thing so help me ether change my password or anyway it will let me get in|||You'll have to reformat the computer if you cannot remember the password.|||You can reset the password with a live CD. Instructions here:
