Does anyone know the original password for a (alltel) palm treo phone?

my phone is having trouble and i want to back everything up 2 my computer but i dont know the original password to hotsync it. i dont think i've ever entered a password on it since i've had it. so i dont need instructions on a hard/soft/zero out.. thx..|||call alltel coustemer service and you can find it out.|||I think it's just 0000 (zeros).
